For clients with limited IT resources or wishing to get running quickly ProAct offers fully managed solution hosting. This is available irrespective of what type of license you purchase. ProAct provides and manages hosting through the use of the Amazon AWS EC2 service. This provides a highly secure, resilient and reliable platform on which to host the ProAct solution and adheres to a host of compliance programmes.
Through AWS, a range of hosting locations can be offered for clients keen to ensure their data resides on servers within a known specific physical territory. The ability to quickly scale up or down server resources is also one of the many benefits of the AWS approach.
Cloud solutions are all dedicated (not multi-tenant) to a specific client, providing reassurance their data does not reside with other clients and their resources are not shared. On an ongoing basis ProAct will then manage and administer this environment to ensure optimum availability, security and performance.

ProAct solutions provide a number of options for the provision of MIS. As part of the core solution offering, ProAct provides an optional interactive Dashboarding capability providing intuitive chart based analysis of both current operational and historical data. These charts allow the user to click and drill down on individual areas. Out of the box charts are provided with the option for the client to request further charts.
The client also has the ability to stream data from the ProAct application into their own data repository for reporting or indeed to use their own their own third party BI tools to report directly on database views provided by ProAct.
